Basic rent

The total rental space is calculated from the desired net office space and a surcharge of 30% based on one of these spaces for the communally used areas.

•    Start-up company 4th year - 5th year: EUR 7.50/m2
•    from the 6th year and established companies: EUR 8.80/m2

Included in the communal areas:
•    Use of conference rooms, event technology, toilets and corridors

Additional costs

Additional costs include monthly operating costs and are deducted annually.
•    This is based on the net office area including heating, hot water and electricity at 4.70 euros/m2

Parking
