Over 150 years old, the Innocel building is a cultural monument under the protection of the State of Baden-Württemberg which once housed the hand-printing facilities of the textile manufacturer Köchlin, Baumgartner & Cie. and now forms the heart of the technology park. It contains 4200 square meters of office and service space and already houses over 30 businesses providing jobs to more than 400 people.
Another 12,000 square meters of prime commercial property is now available for purchase by other innovative companies from sectors such as information technology, telecommunications, media and life sciences including the area of medical technology.
